Al Zain Jewellery, one of the region’s most prestigious fine jewellery houses, is pleased to announce the appointment of Luis Gasset as its new Chief Executive Officer. This appointment marks a transformative chapter in the brand’s journey as it accelerates global expansion and strengthens its leadership in the luxury space.
With more than 30 years of executive experience across the jewellery, luxury retail, art, aviation, and financial sectors, Mr. Gasset brings a rare combination of international perspective, operational expertise, and brand vision. His proven track record in business transformation and luxury leadership makes him uniquely positioned to lead Al Zain into its next phase.
Mr. Gasset is an executive with over twenty years of experience at LVMH, having started his career at the historic Spanish fashion house Loewe, where he developed a profound appreciation for craftsmanship and brand heritage. He later held senior roles at globally recognized institutions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Qatar Duty Free (Qatar Airways), overseeing luxury retail, marketing, and supply chain operations. He previously led Bulgari as CEO for the Middle East and Africa, where he was instrumental in driving regional growth and elevating brand presence across key markets.
Mr. Gasset is widely respected for guiding companies through ambitious growth, new market entry, and brand reinvention. His leadership in strategic marketing, digital transformation, and operational scale will be pivotal in shaping Al Zain’s global roadmap.
