The Tom Ford Ocean Plastic timepieces and oversized shades make a bold statement. A subtle essence of Tom Ford’s iconic fragrances, Tobacco Vanille or Neroli Portofino, lingers in the air as the collection gracefully evolves the brand’s core menswear identity.
This evolution unfolds through three intertwined elements. First, there is the relaxed yet sophisticated formal tailoring, echoing a touch of 1950s style inspired by Tom Ford’s recent project with nu-Elvis Austin Butler. The standout piece is the Austin suit, boasting broad shoulders and a 1.5-breasted design in a range of jewel-toned hues and creamy alternatives. Fabrics vary from viscose to wool and mohair, often paired with sneakers and double-zipped silk bombers replacing traditional waistcoats.
