The race was attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee; and His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Supreme Council for Environment, Deputy Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee, and member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports.
Competing on his horse Schelmigra Truckstarr, HH Shaikh Nasser successfully completed the four demanding stages of the 120 km event, demonstrating not only physical stamina but strategic racing acumen. The Rushford International Endurance Race required rigorous veterinary checks, careful preparation and precise riding, a challenge that HH Shaikh Nasser and his team met head‑on HH beat Abdullah Al Bastaki from the United Arab Emirates, who came in second, while Singh from the MRM team came in third.
The Royal Endurance Team secured second and third places in the 100 km race, with Zuhair Mohammed coming second and Asim Janahi third. Hamad Al Kaabi from the United Arab Emirates won first place in the 160 km race, with teammate Saif Al Mazrouei coming second, and Royal Team rider Mohammed Abdul Samad taking third place.
