In a sophisticated blend of luxury hospitality and environmental stewardship, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain recently took a significant step toward the Kingdom’s sustainable future. As part of their esteemed Community Footprint Program, the resort’s “Ladies and Gentlemen” joined forces with Eng. Abbas Arafat, Director of Vegetation Development, for a meaningful “Plant a Tree” initiative.
The setting was Howrat A’ali, where the team planted 100 trees—a symbolic and practical contribution to Bahrain’s ambitious national afforestation goal of 3.6 million trees by 2035. This collaboration goes beyond simple gardening; it is a commitment to the aesthetic and ecological preservation of the island. By fostering green coverage and promoting long-term sustainability, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain continues to lead by example, ensuring that the luxury of today does not come at the expense of the generations of tomorrow.
