The event celebrated the restaurant’s new chapter, highlighting innovative reinterpretations of classic dishes, all made with locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients.
The evening featured a delectable array of dishes. Guests began their culinary journey with starters such as Insalata alla Mediterranea, Ricotta Fatta in Casa, Carpaccio di Manzo, and Pizza Tartufo. For the main course, they had the choice of Risotto ai Funghi Selvatici or Filletto di Hammour, each expertly prepared to highlight seasonal flavors. To conclude the evening, guests enjoyed exquisite desserts, including Signature Tiramisu and Cheesecake Siciliano, leaving a lasting impression on all. Throughout the dining experience, guests were accompanied by the soothing
Italian sounds of Alberto, enhancing the ambiance.
