His Royal Highness was accompanied by His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa; First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa; and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee (REHC), His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. 

       His Royal Highness highlighted the Kingdom’s achievements in equestrian sports, which are thanks to the ongoing support the sector receives from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister extended his congratulations to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad following the victory achieved by the Victorious Racing team’s “Pledge of Allegiance” at the Ascot Stakes race. HRH commended the team’s fierce competitiveness during the race.

       HH Prince Salman bin Hamad further extended his congratulations to the winners of the various horse-racing rounds, wishing the Bahraini participants success in their races. For his part, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad noted that the success achieved by the Victorious Racing team is due to the unwavering support received from His Majesty the King, and the enduring commitment of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. 

       HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad further noted that HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s attendance at the Royal Ascot has also provided great motivation for the team’s spirit and achievement. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad highlighted the importance of the Royal Ascot as a prestigious, global horse-racing event that magnifies the Kingdom’s success and achievements in the equestrian sport.
